I have used Easyprep for a few months now and it has really been a game changer. It has made crown preparations and fillings a lot easier and more efficient. This is especially true in areas with difficult access such as lower molars because Easyprep retracts the tongue and suctions at the same time. I have even been able to do some crown preparations without an assistant! I also love how the retractors can be autoclaved making them very cost effective. I would highly recommend this product.
